Our EQ and Leadership practice is headed by Valérie Unite (Giovannetti), a behavioural psychologist with university qualifications in business and economics. She is a Registered Coach with the French and International Coaching Federations (ICF), a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy (British Hypnosis Research Institute).
Experience
Valérie has more than 15 years experience in corporate HR, specialising in Executive Coaching, Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Development for some of the world’s best known multi-national companies. EQ skills have formed a part of her programmes for over 10 years, and more recently have been based on TalentSmart.
